Rugby Club construction work commencing 15/02/10 Commencing 15/2/10 work will be ongoing to replace the floodlight towers
at the second rugby pitch. This should take no more than 2 weeks. After that, major work will be undertaken to relocate the second pitch slightly closer to the clubhouse, and to install drainage in it.
Neither work should affect our flying, as the third pitch will remain operational. In the unlikely event that our normal pits area is obstructed by stored materials or equipment, an alternative pits area
should be established behind the hedge in the adjacent vacant field, with take-off, landing, and flying as normal. If you are flying during the week, please keep clear of the works, and comply with any safety
instructions given by the contractors. |
